Microtech Welding Corp. Supports the FWCS Career Academy Co-op program by hiring welding students to help them gain practical experience in the welding industry, while earning their high school diploma. Many of these students hire on as full-time employees after graduating the program, and most of our current employees found their career at Microtech through the FWCS Career Academy Co-op program. As the demand for skilled laborers grows in the United States, vocational schools serve the importance of encouraging young members of our community to learn a skilled trade, and pursue a career in that field. We are proud to support the FWCS Career Academy by allowing students to explore an apprenticeship in the welding field.
