Processes and Certifications

Our operators are hired with an entry-level certification in welding, and then further certified to AWS standard D17.1. This certification enables our operators to weld any application to fulfill our customer’s welding demands. 

Our operators are certified in GTAW and LBW. We also have welders who are certified to weld titanium and aluminum specifically. Our weld processes are validated to AWS D17.1.

We are excited to announce that we are ISO 13485: 2016 Quality System. We have hired Huntington Quality Associates to assist us in developing our system and achieving registration.
