Fort Wayne Community Schools Career Academy welding capstone students visited Microtech on October 28, observing precision biomedical welding including TIG and laser welding for medical devices. The senior-year capstone experience helps students explore career pathways while earning industry certifications, licenses, and dual college credits, preparing them for workforce entry or further education.
