Laser / TIG Welder Position Available
We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser / TIG Welder to join our team at Microtech. This full-time role involves precision welding on high-value components for medical, aerospace, and industrial applications. Training is provided for qualified candidates.
Ideal Candidates:
- High school diploma or GED (completed or in progress)
- Technical training or hands-on welding experience preferred
- Experience with laser, micro, or TIG welding a plus — especially on precision or medical components
- Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work with extremely small parts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
